How to create a booking:

  • Sign into account. Current clients within the last 6 months have an account set up already. All new clients will need to set up an account. (slide 1-2)

  • Click on My Account at the top right. (slide 3)

  • Click on My Account and fill out your info, address, emergency contact, ect. Hit save at the bottom of the page. (slide 4-5)

  • Click on My Pets and add each pet that will need care. Hit save at the bottom of the page. (slide 6)

  • Click the green Create Booking button. (slide 7)

  • Overnight is boarding in my home - select all dates that your dog(s) will be boarding, each boarding pet must be added to booking. (slide 8)

  • Appointments for drop in visits - 15 min visits are now cat only - 1 visit is required per day. Dog visits start at 30 mins and a minimum of 3 visits are required each day. You will need to add each visit time to book multiple visits a day. Morning drop in time slots are 7-8 am, midday is 1-2pm, evening 5-6pm, and evenings 8-9pm. (slide 9)

  • Once you have reviewed all dates/appointment times and confirmed they are correct hit SUBMIT at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation email that the booking has been submitted. (slide 10)

  • NEW CLIENTS - I will contact you to schedule a required Meet & Greet, bookings are NOT confirmed until a M&G has been completed.

  • RETURNING CLIENTS - You will receive an email that the booking has been confirmed or denied once I review my schedule, within 24 hours. (slide 11-12)
